Bloomington Volunteers of the Year

Congratulations to the Bloomington Volunteers of the Year

Janice Wheatley, Parker Lawlis, and Roy Hanks have gone above and beyond in the donation of time and talents in their support of Midwest Food Bank.

Janice works every day during loadout and also is an active Lead Volunteer working with the many groups that label and repackage food and build emergency relief boxes.

Parker drives our Grocery donation truck weekly to pick up the items donated by the local grocery stores. In addition, Parker has made many local donation pickups in the area with the box truck

Roy has donated over 450 hours this year doing everything from loadout week to Lead Volunteer and warehouse support with Bill Curtis.

Each volunteer received a certificate suitable for framing and an item of Midwest Food Bank logo wear.
