Celebrating our partnership with State Farm

State Farm employees took part in  an energetic celebration on December 20, 2018. Set to highlight the incredible impact the organization’s employees have on their communities, the State Farm Holiday Celebration of Good was live-streamed to locations across the United States, including Offices in Arizona, Georgia and Texas.

Midwest Food Bank was showcased at the event and recognized as a non-profit partner for State Farm. Eric Hodel, MFB’s COO, was present at the State Farm Corporate Headquarters in Bloomington for the occasion. Mary Schmidt, State Farm EVP presented Eric with a check for MFB for $10,000.

“State Farm employees are more than good neighbors,” says Eric. “MFB’s partnership with State Farm is highly valued. Their financial and volunteer support is amazing.”

Thank you, State Farm and State Farm employees. Your generosity blesses many in our communities struggling with food insecurity.
