Janice Reinke Transitions to Development Manager

Janice Reinke - Development manager
After years of supporting multiple areas of MFB PAH, Janice Reinke is stepping into a new leadership position focused on strengthening relationships and organizational growth.

We are excited to announce that Janice Reinke has transitioned into the role of Development Manager.

Janice has been part of the organization since the opening of the PAH division, where she first served as Volunteer and Agency Coordinator. Over the years, she has supported nearly every area of the organization, bringing consistency, care, and strong relationships to each role she has held.

Her transition into development reflects both her experience and her long-standing connection to the mission of serving the community through MFB PAH programs and partnerships.

Since joining the organization, Janice has worked closely with volunteers, agency partners, staff members, and community supporters. Her ability to build meaningful relationships and stay connected to the day-to-day needs of the organization has made her a familiar and trusted presence across departments.

In her most recent role as Procurement Manager, Janice helped support operational efforts that allowed MFB PAH to continue serving partner agencies and the broader community effectively.

Before joining Midwest, Janice worked in several marketing and sales positions. Those experiences helped develop the communication and relationship-building skills that naturally align with development work and community engagement.

Her background, combined with years of firsthand experience inside the organization, makes this transition a natural next step.

As Development Manager, Janice will help strengthen connections with supporters, community partners, and individuals who want to stay engaged with the work happening at MFB PAH.

The role will focus on sharing the organization’s mission, building relationships, and supporting continued growth across programs and outreach efforts.

Leadership shared excitement about the transition and Janice’s ability to connect with people in meaningful ways.

“I am so excited to transition Janice to this role. Her natural gifts for connecting with people, sharing the good blessings we provide at the organization, and overall positive energy will enable her to soar.”

Janice’s familiarity with the organization’s operations and community partnerships gives her a unique perspective as she steps into this new position.

As Janice moves into this new position, MFB PAH has also hired a replacement who will work directly with agencies moving forward. A formal introduction and announcement will be shared in the next newsletter.

The organization looks forward to seeing Janice continue serving the mission in this new capacity and helping build even stronger community connections in the years ahead.
