As she finishes her college education and looks ahead to working in the nonprofit sector, MFB Florida intern Caitlyn says her experience helped her expand skills she will use in her professional career.
“I witnessed the incredible impact that a dedicated group of individuals can have on the lives of those in need. It was a privilege to be part of a team driven by a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the world,” says Caitlyn.
Caitlyn is from Jupiter, Florida, and is a first-generation college student. She graduated this spring with a degree in communications with a concentration in public relations.
“She grew up in a tight-knit family, which is evident in her commitment to her community and MFB,” says Scot Buss, Marketing and Development Manager of MFB Florida. “We appreciate all her hard work.”
