With just five volunteers, Manna From Above gets food and hygiene products to 11,000 people each year. They are one of the nonprofits that receive food, free of charge, from Midwest Food Bank, Georgia.
“Manna From Above runs an efficient operation effectively serving those in need,” says Gail Frantz, Operations Manager at MFB.
Recently, Manna From Above assisted a client diagnosed with cancer. While navigating cancer, that man wanted to be able to feed his children. That assistance made a huge difference during a difficult time, and now the family volunteers at Manna From Above events.
“MFB enables us to serve families with a variety of nutrition from meat to amazing produce,” says Jennifer Deal, Executive Director of Manna From Above.
