Parking lot expansion for MFB Florida

As Midwest Food Bank Florida continues to grow, space has become an issue, especially parking space. With our fleet of trucks expanding, it was difficult to park semi trailers.

Stan Sinn, MFB Florida’s Advisory Board President, is the owner of S & J Classic Development. Once our board approved a parking lot expansion, Stan donated his time and employees to do the labor.

It was a big task. After the removal of trees and old concrete, the ground had to be leveled and prepared. Then, the concrete was poured. It was a three-day effort. The new lot gives us the ability to park up to four 53-foot semi trailers and easily access all of them, greatly increasing our efficiency.
