The three organizations, the Rotary Club of Fort Myers-Sunrise, the Rotary Club of Fort Myers-Downtown and the Rotary District 6960, have each awarded grants to Midwest Food Bank-Florida Division. The funds were designated to purchase a lift gate for our box truck.
This gift is a great blessing to us. The gate, installed June 14, will make unloading at the mobile pantries we host much more efficient. No longer will food have to be unloaded by hand.
