State Farm has awarded $50,000 to MFB AZ for 2026 to strengthen disaster relief efforts and expand the reach of Hope Packs across Arizona. This investment directly supports response to extreme heat, wildfires, and flooding while equipping families with essential supplies during times of disruption.
The funding will be used throughout 2026 to prepare for and respond to seasonal emergencies. Arizona communities regularly face dangerous heat conditions and increasing fire risk, making consistent preparedness critical. Hope Packs will also continue to serve children during the weekends when school food is not available.
State Farm’s commitment goes beyond funding. The company actively encourages employees to serve together, reinforcing its long-standing message, “Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there.” On March 12, members of the Information Security team volunteered in person, contributing time and effort to support local outreach.
This partnership reflects a shared focus on measurable community impact. With this support, MFB AZ can:
- Expand distribution of Hope Packs to more families
- Increase readiness for heat, fire, and flood response
- Engage more volunteers in consistent service efforts
Each Hope Pack provides practical items that meet immediate needs, while disaster relief initiatives focus on timely response and coordination with local partners.
The collaboration also highlights the importance of corporate volunteerism. When teams serve together, the impact extends beyond a single event. It builds ongoing relationships, strengthens trust, and increases the capacity to respond during critical moments.
This work continues because of partners, volunteers, and community members who choose to serve with compassion and consistency. Every contribution helps extend care to those facing urgent challenges.
