Humility = Success. This is just one of the many pieces of wisdom shared by David Kieser, Midwest Food Bank's President and Founder, during a podcast interview on The Savvy Sauce. Laura Dugger, The Savvy Sauce host, invited David to share some of the "God stories" he has experienced at MFB. During the 84th episode of the weekly podcast, David explained the genesis of Midwest Food Bank on his family farm near Bloomington, Illinois. He walked the listener through MFB's entry into Disaster Relief in partnership with The Salvation Army. David also shared stories of our expansion domestically and abroad.

"For years, I have been fascinated by the many miracles God worked through MFB. Hearing them first-hand from David was an honor and I am excited to share these "God stories" with our audience," said Dugger regarding the interview.

The podcast provides an oral history of Midwest Food Bank and brings our values to life. The listener will leave this podcast with an understanding of our mission and an appreciation for the culture within the organization. If you have an interest in learning more about MFB, give it a listen.
