Fruitful ministry is about collaboration. Kapu Africa (Midwest Food Bank East Africa) was a part of just such a collaboration in November.
Kapu Africa, Spread Truth, the National Government, Office of MP Uganja, and the National Youth Council worked together, each bringing a unique service to the about 1,200 people that attended in Ugunja in Siaya County, Kenya. Kapu Africa provided three tons of nutritious, fortified food.
Spread Truth Africa, based in Bloomington, Illinois, is dedicated to getting the gospel "near, far, and everywhere."
"Several participants re-dedicated their lives to Christ," says Ken Lanyo, project manager for Spread Truth Africa. The event also provided a health clinic for youth and women.
Spread Truth's work is a good fit for the Kapu Africa mission of sharing the love of Christ.
