Midwest Food Bank Georgia took some time to celebrate Christmas with our volunteers. On Saturday, December 1, we held our annual Volunteer Appreciation Christmas Party. Over 60 volunteers joined MFB staff for music, games, fun, and lots of food. Our loading dock was transformed into a festive Christmas wonderland And, for football fans, the Georgia game was playing on TV.
The success of MFB depends largely on the dedication and hard work of our volunteers. Their selfless work allows over 99ยข of each donated dollar to go toward programs and services to feed those in need. It was a wonderful time of thanking our volunteers while celebrating God's greatest gift, His Son.
