Join MFB Bloomington-Normal for Serve Week!

Mark your calendar for April 18-24! Midwest Food Bank Bloomington-Normal will be hosting "Serve Week." 

If you've thought about volunteering or if you are a current volunteer at MFB, this is a great week to serve and connect with other people who share the volunteer spirit. We will have multiple projects ready, and it will give everyone a taste of the many tasks available in the warehouse. Here is additional information about the week:

• Projects typically include repackaging food from bulk to family-friendly sizes, getting food ready for distribution, etc.
• Projects are great for those ages 5 and up. All minors will need a parent or guardian serving with them.
• Sign up for volunteer opportunities at the MFB Bloomington/Normal here.
  
• We encourage first-time volunteers to sign up and experienced volunteers to bring a friend.
• Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. We want everyone to be safe.

If you are new to volunteering at MFB, please talk to one of the many Lead Volunteers. They have a great perspective about the volunteer opportunities at MFB. This event wouldn't be possible without them.
