Donations & Payments

The Midwest Food Bank website provides the convenience of online donations, program sponsorship, and event ticket purchases. MFB has engaged the services of Anovia, a payment services provider, to process all donation/payment transactions.

 

Refund Policy

You hereby acknowledge and agree that, for all donations/payment transactions, (1) you will not use an invalid or unauthorized credit or debit card or other payment method; (2) all donations/payment transactions are final and non-refundable. If you have any questions regarding any payment transaction, please contact us by phone at 309-663-5350 or by email at mfb@midwestfoodbank.org

 

Cancellation

A donation may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the donor is responsible for payment.

 

Complaints

Any complaints about donations, sponsorships, or processing may be sent to our staff: mfb@midwestfoodbank.org or 309-663-5350. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually.
