MFB New England welcomes Operations Manager Brent Carl

In an effort to advance the opening of MFB New England. an Operations Manager has been hired. Brent Carl began his MFB employment in April.

For the past year, Brent was employed as a Site Security Supervisor for the State of Connecticut. Prior to that, he spent the last 30 years serving in full-time ministry leadership positions. As a ministry leader, Brent has seen the great needs that are abounding in the world first-hand. He has always had a heart to be on the front lines in helping to alleviate those needs in the name of Jesus.

"It is my desire to be able to continue to lead in a way that best utilizes my gifts and abilities in order to help others," says Brent. "I'm looking forward to this opportunity to focus my time and energy to share the love of Christ through MFB New England."

Brent and his wife Bonnie live with their two college-age children in Coventry, CT. He enjoys playing and watching all kinds of sports, especially football and baseball. Even though he lives in the heart of Red Sox Nation he is a born and raised New York Yankees Fan. He loves learning about church history, theology, and writing articles for his blog (when he has the time).

"Brent is an amazing cultural fit with the skills to effectively interact with all of our partners," says Jan Young, Executive Director of MFB New England.  "We are grateful to have him on board to help build out and manage our warehouse operation."

Welcome to the MFB family, Brent!
