New board member for MFB Indiana

Bob Evans says he is a fan of Matthew - the book in the Bible, that is. He's not only a fan but a follower and a doer when it comes to verse 25:40: "I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me."

Bob joined the board of Midwest Food Bank Indiana earlier this year. He brings a wealth of experience - Gleaners Food Bank, Wheeler Mission, River Bend Food Bank, and Feed My People Food Bank. He has served in many other roles in his church and community.

"We are called to be servant leaders, and I believe my two decades of involvement in food banks and serving those less fortunate can be utilized at MFB," says Bob.

Bob has an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan. He serves his family as husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Bob tries to set an example of service and leadership to His kingdom.

"It's a blessing to see God's provision for this Midwest Food Bank through leaders like Bob," says Marcie Luhigo, Executive Director of MFB Indiana.

Midwest Food Bank board members are volunteers that help provide insight and leadership to the location where they serve.
