For the past five years, Rick Duley has been a dedicated warehouse volunteer for Midwest Food Bank Arizona. That experience will come in handy for MFB. He joined the staff as the Warehouse Coordinator in March.

"Rick has a positive demeanor, a strong focus on safety, and takes time to listen to volunteers and agencies," says Merilee Baptiste, Executive Director of MFB Arizona.

Rick is a member of Redeemed Outreach Center. "I appreciate that the missions of my church and MFB are aligned," says Rick.

Rick will focus on the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including unloading and loading trucks, facilitating when agencies pick up food, and guiding warehouse volunteers.

"My favorite part of Midwest Food Bank is seeing the smiles of our agency partners," says Rick.
