“I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink. Truly I tell you, whatever you did for the least of these brothers or sisters of mine, you did for me.”  Matt: 25:35,40

In May 2018, Midwest Food Bank Texas held its first food distribution from a borrowed warehouse space. By August, we were officially registered in the State of Texas. A permanent facility is being sought to meet the needs of the Metroplex and the rural communities of Texas. It is our hope to find a location close to the vicinity of the current warehouse in Bedford.

You can help. We need prayer warriors, financial backers, skilled labor, less skilled labor, forklift operators, truck drivers, warehouse volunteers, greeters, and especially “I’ll do anything” volunteers.  Projects range from single tasks to daily, weekly, and monthly opportunities. We invite you to help make God’s Kingdom real for all people.
