MFB Florida partner doing life-changing work.

One of the privileges of Midwest Food Bank is adding new non profit partners and learning about the work they do. MFB recently added Broken Butterflies to the list of agencies that get food, without charge, at the Florida warehouse.

Broken Butterflies creates a long-term recovery plan for people with addictions. They reintroduce former prisoners into society and reunify mothers and fathers with their children.

"We are extremely grateful to be partnering with Broken Butterflies," says Karl Steidinger, Executive Director of MFB Florida. "We believe everyone deserves a second chance at life."

Broken Butterflies is based in Fort Myers and provides a safe environment for its residents. Their goal is to help people take back control of their lives.

"Midwest Food Bank appreciates and applauds the life-changing work Broken Butterflies has been doing for the Southwest Florida community," says Karl.
